Ok so here is what I use for smoking a Boston Butt
One Boston Butt prefered to be around 7 lbs
Woody’s seasoning or dry rub of your choice
Get smoker temp to around 220 degrees
1.5 hours for every pound of meat
Place the fat side up on the grates as to hold flavor
